Casanova Womack – Owner 

After working 20-years for a major corporation within the supply chain management field and working with small, disadvantage, minority and women owned businesses; God would redirect Casanova’s life towards serving HIS community.

In 2010, Casanova transitioned into ministry, working with a non-profit organization in S.E. Raleigh, (Neighbor to Neighbor) where he would work in ministry assisting adults by providing wrap-around services and resources needed to assist families in various aspects of their lives such as education, employment and job training skills.

In 2015, Casanova created a program under Neighbor to Neighbor called 5E (Enrichment, Empowerment, Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship). It was through this program where Casanova and the team at Neighbor to Neighbor would assist adults in starting their own businesses. 

As Casanova has a great passion for cooking, starting a catering business was a no-brainer. In 2015, Casanova and four 5E students collaborated together and ventured into a catering business…Neighbor Cater. 

Casanova’s passion to help and support his community extended into Neighbor Cater where he continues to provide employment opportunities to qualified candidates throughout the Neighbor to Neighbor and S.E. Raleigh community.

By providing employment opportunities through Neighbor Cater, Casanova and his Neighbor Cater team, help to bring about economic growth and personal dignity.

Lamont Martin - Executive Chef

Circa 1994 as a young man in high school who's original intention was to enroll in a class that had little to no homework his culinary journey began.

Chef Martin had not just found a time filler, he had unknowingly stumbled upon his true passion. He immersed himself in the teachings and learned everything required and more.

He used his teachers as mentors and resources to gain extensive knowledge of the culinary arts. He had a natural ability and excelled and exceeded expectations,so much so that he competed in many local and state level competitions, where he won several honors, awards and ribbons.

The merits of his labor paid off when as a senior he found out that he had been accepted into Johnson and Wales University of Culinary Arts. Upon finishing his tenure there, he immersed himself in Italian cuisine.

Chef Martin has since been able to work with many upcoming and established chefs in the Charlotte, Atlanta/Buckhead and RDU areas.

He truly believes that continental fusion is the next innovation in American cuisine. His masterful command of bold flavor profiles make him a natural choice for every occasion.
